Recently, Janina Casey was invited to join the organization’s board.

One of the many programs offered by Urban Tech is the Executive Leadership Principal Leadership Institute (EPLI). This program is designed for assistant school principals and principals who have executive leadership skills. EPLI also seeks to improve principal leadership and prepare professionals for turning their schools into a high-achieving institution poised for excellence in the 21st century.

Over the course of 12 months, participants leverage their skills to improve their talents and their ability to oversee schools with a high level of need, in an effort to manage the various challenges associated with leading such institutions. Principals and assistant principals enrolled in this program are also taught how technology solutions can help their schools operate more efficiently, and how they can improve family engagement and student achievement at their institution.
